The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Adrienne Maloof and boyfriend of nearly two months, Sean Stewart, have parted ways, E! News confirmed on March 12.

"It's over and she broke up with him," a source close to Stewart said. "She needs a man."

The source added that the 20-year age gap created problems in the relationship and Maloof "just finally saw through that."

In January, the 51-year-old reality television star and Stewart, 32, were photographed holding on to each other and sharing a kiss after exiting a restaurant in Beverly Hills. A source told Us Weekly at the time about Stewart, "He's really good with her kids, and she thinks it's fun to be with a younger guy." Earlier in the month they dined at an eatery in Los Angeles and a fellow diner said, "It was really full-on PDA."

Also in January, Maloof commented on her relationship with Stewart and said, "[Sean is] a very sweet person and very kind to my little boys."

Maloof finalized her divorce from Dr. Paul Nassif in November of 2012. They share sons Gavin, 9, and twins Colin and Christian, 6. She announced early in March she will not return for season four of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills and she also did not attend taping for the season three reunion special. Maloof is the second Housewives star to leave the star, following news of Camille Grammer doing the same.

Season three of Housewives currently airs Monday nights on Bravo.

Stewart's father is singer Ron Stewart. Sean is a songwriter, musician and model. He starred in the 2007 reality show Sons of Hollywood and season two of Celebrity Rehab with Dr. Drew in 2008, where he was seeking help for addictions to alcohol, ecstasy, vicodin, morphine, Fentanyl, cocaine and heroin.
