Nicole "Snooki" Polizzi co-hosted Anderson Cooper Live on Thursday, Nov. 15 and used the opportunity to debut a slimmer figure and a hot, new hairdo! The petite reality star joined the daytime talk show host sporting long flowing locks in this season's hottest color, a rich ruby red. The color complimented the "Guidette" olive skintone and flashy style of dress. After Cooper complimented the haircolor and she admitted she recently changed it for her appearance on the show, Cooper offered her a plate full of cannolis. After she thanked him for her offering her favorite dessert, she kindly declined the gift noting she is on a diet. And it showed. The 24-year-old seemed to have returned to her pre-pregnancy weight in her black outfit and platform hi-heel shoes.

Actress Kathy Bates has announced that she experienced a recent battle with breast cancer for the first time and revealed she underwent a double mastectomy not long after the diagnosis. "After much consideration, I underwent a double mastectomy," the Academy Award-winning actress told People. "Luckily, I don't have to undergo radiation or chemo. My family calls me Kat because I always land on my feet and thankfully this is no exception." Bates learned of the diagnosis several weeks ago. This is the second battle with cancer for the "Harry's Law" star. Bates shared in March she had survived ovarian cancer nine years ago.
