A collaboration between Cardi B and Beyonce is reportedly in the works. But word is the Bodak Yellow rapper is upset news got out before she and Beyonce could announce it. It started when Cardi B’s engineer, Ashby, posted a photo on his Instagram story. He was in the studio at nearly 4:30AM looking at a file that reads, “Cardi B N Beyonce…”

He added the caption, “Wow this feature is big”

Interestingly enough, one of Cardi B’s fan pages posted about the now highly anticipated record and said the reality star turned rapper is livid about it. “So Cardi is mad at me bc I posted the Collab Video but that video was sent to me and it was already posted all over so and I just reposted it but she’s mad at me like it’s too the point where she told me to stop posting period Like wtf…”

Cardi B met Beyonce last month and had no problem revealing she had a fan girl moment.

“I’m surprise Beyonce liked me,” she said recently. “I met Beyonce! It’s like, ‘Oh my [gosh!] That’s how it feels. I can’t talk, I can’t breathe.”

She’s seen lots of success with her breakout single, Bodak Yellow, which hit No. 1 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.

“I have an album coming. It will be dropping in October. I’m an October baby. I’m a little nervous to put the project out, but I think it’s going to be pretty good. Everybody’s waiting to see what I’m going to have next and it’s like, ‘I hope people love it.’ But I have confidence. I really do.”

Still, she said she feels “a lot of pressure” to deliver after Bodak Yellow made her the first woman to hit the No. 1 spot on the coveted chart since Lauryn Hill back in the 90s.

“It feels amazing and it’s overwhelming. It’s like, it feels me up with lot of happiness and a lot of joy. It’s just like unbelievable,” she said. “I’ve been through so many things and I worked so hard for me to be here, and it’s like I’m finally here getting what I wanted, (and getting) the respect from other artists and from everybody.”

Fans first met Cardi B on VH1’s Love and Hip Hop New York. She left the show after two seasons following the success of her rap career. She and Beyonce have been quiet about the rumored collaboration so far.
