Salma Hayek nominated for Best Actress at 'Premios Goya'

Salma Hayek was nominated for Best Actress on Tuesday for the Goya Awards known in Spanish as Los Premios Goya.

Hayek was nominated for the movie "La Chispa de la Vida," (The Spark of the Life) which is up for Best Movie as well.

The Awards are Spain's main national film awards.

The Mexican film "Miss Bala," (Miss Bullet) and Cuban film "Boleto de Paraiso" (Paradise Ticket) and the Argentinean film "Un cuento Chino" (A Chinese Tale) were nominated for Best Movie.
