Though Taylor Swift has not confirmed or denied rumors that she is pregnant with Harry Styles' child, she has said she hopes to be a mother to a few children.

Numerous "sources" and "insiders" said that Swift and Styles could be marrying any day now but that Swift's desire to have children while she is still in her 20s scares the One Direction singer, who is "a good 10 years away from something like that." However, the story is believed to be all speculation and false rumors created by tabloids digging for an angle into Styles and Swift's serious relationship.

The only thing Swift will admit to is her desire to be a mother. She was quoted in the December 2012 issue of Cosmopolitan magazine talking about her plans outside of the music industry.

"Being a mom full time, then doing everything for my kids, and having a bunch of them, is a dream," she said. "One day, I'm sure. But that's the only other thing that could be as thrilling for me as doing this [with music]."

Before that, she told Marie Claire magazine that she wants "at least" four kids, though not yet. She graced the publication's November issue and at the time she was still rumored to be dating Conor Kennedy. The 23-year-old singer spoke about the men who have inspired her award-winning albums, her helplessness at being in love with love and her plans for the future.

"Taylor opened up to us about her hopes and dreams for the future, revealing that she'd like a minimum of four kids and that her unborn children already factor in decisions she makes in her life now," the magazine said.

"I want to wait a while, but the idea of pouring everything you are into another person when you become a parent has always been amazing to me," Swift told the magazine.

Swift begins touring for her latest album, "Red," in March 2013 and will cover 45 cities and 29 states.

Her and her rumored boyfriend, Styles, were in Times Square, N.Y., to celebrate New Year's Eve. When the clock struck 2013, they were videotapped sharing a New Year's kiss and hug to the tunes of "Auld Lang Syne" and the Frank Sinatra classic "New York, New York."
