While Lamar Odom lies in a coma, it seems that the Kardashians are rallying as a family to get through this difficult time, but not everyone is buying the show of support. There's already a scathing critique that charges Kris Jenner and her daughters are the reason why Odom was found unconscious in a Nevada brothel last week as they helped "exploit and destroy" him for their own reality television show ratings.

Lamar Odom Update: Former NBA Star Reportedly Doesn't Have A Will, Khloe Kardashian To Take All?

The New York Post's Maureen Callahan holds nothing back in her article "How the Kardashians Exploit and Destroy for Reality Ratings" (published today) in which as she details exactly a claim that the Kardashians have destroyed every man in their family just to help benefit their growing popularity and celebrity status.

The op-ed describes how ex-wife Khloe Kardashian (who's still technically married to Odom), her sister Kim Kardashian and the rest of the family all made personal sacrifices to be by Lamar's side as he's struggled to regain consciousness after going on a 3-day drug binge. Sources close to the family though say that's not the case at all, as Kris and her team of publicists have been leaking information to the media in order to make themselves look like they care and most importantly, "make the story all about them."

Lamar Odom Update: Wife Khloe Kardashian To Inherit His $56 Million Dollars?

Callahan writes, "It's a well-established pattern of abusive behavior for the Kardashians, who have built a $100 million empire on mining their lives - while shamelessly exploiting others - for entertainment."

She added, "The leaks keep on coming, and they're all about how Odom's tragedy is affecting the Kardashians. Sources say 'it's hard for Khloe. He is on his last leg.' And Kim had to fly back to LA because she has health issues, too, you guys. And so Lamar Odom's fight for life competes with Kim Kardashian's vagina for attention - which, in Kardashian world, is the way it should be."

So far, the Kardashian camp has not responded to the report, although many critics think this might be the end of their reigning reality television era.
