Russell Crowe has been known for his strong opinions and volatile language before, and yesterday he didn’t hold back about his disappointment with the Oscar nominations.

"Ryan Gosling didn't get an Academy nomination? There's some bulls--t right there," Crowe tweeted.

"Albert Brooks you were excellent in Drive. Excellent," Crowe later tweeted.

After nominations were announced for this year’s Oscars, Albert Brooks had his own opinion about being snubbed also.

"I got ROBBED. I don't mean the Oscars, I mean literally. My pants and shoes have been stolen," he tweeted.

"And to the Academy: "You don't like me. You really don't like me," Brooks added.
