Mendeecees Harris of VH1’s Love & Hip Hop New York has said his goodbyes as he begins his eight year sentence in federal prison.

Details On When Mendeecees Harris Is Going To Jail

The reality star revealed on Instagram Monday that he and a large group of friends enjoyed a special going away dinner as he prepares to begin his time in jail after pleading guilty to his involvement in a drug ring.

He shared a snapshot of himself, his wife Yandy Smith, his son Lil Mendeecees and their children Amir and Skylar, who recently turned one. Also spotted in the photo is the couple’s good friends Kimbella and rapper Juelz Santana. Kimbella also starred in the show for a couple of seasons.

He also shared a photo with him and his guy friends along with Lil Mendeecees. He wrote, “Either way it goes they gonna be there!!”

Harris was linked to a drug operation that transported cocaine and heroin from New York City to upstate New York and Rochester area.

As for Smith, she has been very vocal about her unwavering support for Harris, who she married back in May. She was very aware of his legal woes as he spent more than a year behind bars before making it out on bail in the same drug case.

She shared a photo of the two locking lips and said Harris “said gimme a kiss” just moments before.
