Tori Spelling and her husband Dean McDermott denied claims made by a publication that they divorcing because of cheating fears and him criticizing her weight.

Star reported that the couple, who have been married since 2006 and together have four children, are headed toward a divorce and that McDermott, 46, is after his wife's estimated $300 million fortune (she is the daughter of late Hollywood producer Aaron Spelling). The magazine added that he plans on using the couple's children as leverage to secure for himself a large payout following the separation.

The publication also claimed that Tori believes her husband is having an affair, citing a source that said the former 90210 star fears McDermott has "been seeing two different women for years."

"She's so suspicious, she monitors his email and put a tracker on his phone. She even hired a private investigator to follow him!" the source continued.

Additional accusation made by the magazine include McDermott leaving his wife and seeking full custody of their children, making it difficult for Tori or her mother to see the kids. McDermott also allegedly insulted Tori for having trouble losing the weight she gained during her pregnancy with the couple's fourth child. Tori gave birth to Finn six months ago and the source said, "Dean told her she looks fat. He thinks she's being lazy."

A spokesperson for Tori, however, told Daily Mail Wednesday that the rumors are "ridiculous and not true."

Tori and McDermott's children are Liam, 5, Stella, 4, Hattie, 1, and Finn. The family has a Oxygen reality show called Tori & Dean: Home Sweet Hollywood, which airs Tuesdays at 10/ 9 p.m. Central.
