Emma Stone posted a message on her Twitter account Sunday that prompted many to believe that her relationship with Andrew Garfield may be in trouble.

The actress posted her first ever message on the social networking site, writing "nawder nad islasehne tsintgi ni a erte." She deleted the cryptic post soon after but according to one report, Stone's mystery tweet is an anagram for "Andrew and Shailene sitting in a tree," which led to a conclusion that her relationship with her Amazing Spider-Man 2 co-star is on the rocks.

Shailene Woodley will be starring as Mary Jane, who is the new love interest of Peter Parker (Garfield) in The Amazing Spider-Man 2.

Some think, however, the message may have been a spoiler to preview what fans can expect in the next Spiderman.

"Well, since Andrew is playing Peter Parker and Shailene is playing Mary Jane Watson, Peter's love interest through most of Spider-Man's history, is it really that big of a leap to think they were (or had been) just filming a kissing scene?" a user wrote on a Huffington Post blog.

Both Stone and Garfield have kept relatively private about their relationship.

"There's such a great sense of comfort in knowing that the only thing you have control over is what you say," Stone said in an interview with USA Today last year. "People can say and do all they want. If it never comes out of your own mouth, you still get to keep that semblance of what is sacred to you."

While some believe the bizzare tweet might have been movie-related, it's still unclear why Stone deleted the post if that was the case.

The couple was photographed cuddled up while enjoying some time together on a shopping spree in New York City over the weekend. They wore matching jackets and were spotted for a quick kiss before heading to Bubby's restaurant to eat.
