The iPhone 6SE is the mighty mouse of the Apple family.

The tech juggernaut announced it's latest additions to the cellular world on Monday, and the 6SE turned quite a few heads. Clocking in at just four inches, the device retains the look and feel of the 5S while earning the model a spot in the fast lane.

"It's on the inside where the iPhone SE really shines," Greg Joswiak, Apple's vice president of iPhone marketing, said. "It has advanced technologies that make this the most powerful four-inch phone ever."

Apple's new A9 chip brings the power of a desktop to your phone, and just like the 6S, the SE is sporting the company's latest coup. According to Apple, users will be treated to 70 percent faster CPU performance, and up to 90 percent faster GPU. In other words, get ready for your phone to keep pace with your gaming habit while your device will double the speed of the 5S.

For all you shutterbugs, Apple has cooked up some great new camera features.

"We've given it our incredible 12 mp iSight camera with focus pixels and true tone flash," Joswiak explained. "And of course we have that image pixel processor from the A9 that enables all kinds of great features, like panorama pictures up to 63MP, but also improvements to video, slo-mo, [and] time lapse."

In addition, the 6SE will have the live photo feature those Apple commercials have been touting. It will not, however, come with 3D touch. Sorry, Aubrey Plaza, you can't peek your flight quite yet.

On top of it all, the pint-sized, pocket-friendly phone will come equipped with the latest operating system, iOS 9.3.

Starting at $399 for a 16 GB (add another $100 for the 64 GB), the iPhone 6SE will be available starting March 31. For those who want to make sure the device lands in their hands as soon as possible, Apple will begin taking orders as early as March 24.
