Corey Simms and his wife have active Twitter accounts, which are newly public to fans, but since the seventh season of Teen Mom 2 premiered, they haven't had much to say.

Although the couple has shared a few re-tweets of photos posted by Corey's father, Jeff, in recent weeks, they have only posted a few of their own comments, one of which featured Miranda speaking of her role as step-mom to Leah Messer and Corey's twins, 6-year-old Ali and Aleeah.

After marrying in June 2013, Corey and Miranda went though hard times due to Corey's affair with Messer just months into the marriage (Messer was also married at the time, but her relationship with second husband Jeremy Calvert has since come to an end). However, Corey and Miranda stayed together, and in Nov. 2015, they welcomed their first child together, daughter Remington Monroe Simms.

As Corey and Miranda stay quiet online, rumors are swirling regarding their future with the show. Just last week, an insider close to Corey spoke to Radar Online, revealing the father of three was angry about how he had been portrayed during Teen Mom 2 season six.

“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” the friend said, adding that Messer, who was accused of abusing her prescription pain medication, got off easily.

“He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason,” the source explained.

During season six, Messer was seen slurring her words and nodding off, but it was Corey and Miranda who took the brunt of the backlash due to fans feeling as though they weren't supportive of Messer, who entered treatment during filming.
