It has been 21 years since the series first aired and the cast of The Real World: Portland will hit center stage Mar. 27 at 10 p.m. ET so drunken drama, boy-on-girl fisticuffs and the standard fare of debauchery will not be far behind.

Below is a brief breakdown of the cast, followed by the trailer for the new season of one of MTV's reality flagships:

Anastasia is a tall, 5'11, occasional model and late bloomer who still shows her nerdy side at times, like her love of Harry Potter and The Lord of the Rings. She has a lot of alcohol-related baggage and may find it difficult to cope with the alcohol-fueled antics sure to show up on the Portland season. With a penchant for being easily offended and not afraid to speak her mind, Anastasia does not hold back when she feels like someone is disrespecting her.

Averey is an exotic blend of woman who happens to be a Hooters girl, but she doesn't like it when people make a big fuss about her looks. She'd rather have her other qualities praised and often goes without makeup or jewelry. But Averey's sunny and laid back personality may fool viewers into assuming she's lived an easy life.

Jessica hails from an extremely sheltered upbringing and hasn't seen much of the world beyond her small town of Fayetteville, North Carolina where she lived with her mom and stepdad. Her southern twang, infectious smile, and the fact that she'll make herself up just to go to Wal-Mart, makes her appear like a typical Southern Belle. However, there's more to her than meets the eye.

Johnny is a good-looking Massachusetts guy who's known for hook-ups but may have an eye for one of his roommates. The middle child of his lively blue-collar Irish family, Johnny grew up in a small town outside of Boston which he said has "more cows than people." With his uncanny Massachusetts accent and beaming smile, Johnny has long been the center of attention as well as the glue that keeps his friends together.

Joi is another tall athletic girl in the house, but has an affinity for tattoos and piercings as well as a conflict between being the good or bad girl in the group. She claims she's always intimidated men who aren't used to dating a tall Asian woman but her height helped her in high school, where she excelled in sports such as basketball and volleyball.

Jordan is a classic over-achiever who excels at nearly everything he tries. While in high school, he was a captain of the football, baseball, and wrestling teams, and is currently a semi-professional on a wake board tour. On a friend's challenge, he tried out for the cheerleading team and not only did he make it, but four national championships later, he made it clear he is capable of anything he puts his mind to doing. Jordan said his achievements are inspired by the tough love from his father.

Marlon may be the son of a preacher but he's also a former college football linebacker from Texas who loves the ladies. He doesn't want to disappoint his father, who raised him after his parents divorced, when he was six months old. As an army brat, Marlon traveled the world with his father but never stayed in one place for very long and, consequently, lacked stability or long term friendships. In high school, Marlon became a football star and somewhat of a local celebrity when he was a linebacker for Texas Tech.

Nia is an athletic, 6-foot-tall Harvard graduate who is not afraid to utilize her good looks to her advantage. Although she graduated with high honors from Howard University, Nia's parents are not shy in making it known how disappointed they are that Nia did not pursue a regular job. However, Nia says she's just 23, goodlooking, and should still be having fun.
