Could Kris Jenner be joining the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills for season seven?

As the sixth season of the Bravo reality show comes to an end, a rumor has hit the web, claiming the Keeping Up With The Kardashians star will be hoping aboard the series to replace Lisa Rinna.

"Jenner is pitching herself to Bravo executives to nab a role on the next season of the reality show," a recent National Enquirer report suggested, via Gossip Cop, claiming it was Yolanda Foster who convinced her to try out (Foster's daughter Gigi is the best friend of Jenner's daughter Kendall).

According to Gossip Cop, a source told the tabloid that Jenner would continue appearing on Keeping Up With The Kardashians, and felt that a role on an additional series would be an “excellent opportunity.” However, when Gossip Cop contacted a source close to Jenner, they were informed the report was “not true.” In addition, Jenner simply doesn't have room in her schedule to film The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills.

Although rumors regarding Rinna's potential firing hit the web last year ahead of season six, there doesn't appear to be any new reports about her exit. Instead, Kathryn Edwards, Kim Richards and Kyle Richards have been rumored to be on the chopping block.

“Producers are casting two more housewives,” an insider told Radar Online last month. “They are getting rid of Kathryn Edwards [and] are testing replacements.”

As for the Richards sisters, the source explained, “The whole situation with the sibling drama between Kyle and Kim is getting old. That really is Kyle’s only storyline, so they may just invite Kim back.”

“They are taking it day by day because they don’t know how Kim is going to behave now that she’s taking care of herself,” continued the insider, “but they are conflicted and not sure they want to explore her story again, either... They are going to have an extra new cast member on hand to replace anyone who isn’t working out.”

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills season six reunion part one starts tonight at 9 p.m. on Bravo. Check out a sneak peek at the new episode below.
