Miranda Lambert and Anderson East's relationship may be featured on the country singer's upcoming album.

Although Lambert recently said she was in no rush to get her new songs complete, her newfound love with East, as well as her 2015 divorce from Blake Shelton, is expected to be chronicled.

“I’ve spent a lot, a lot, a lot of time writing lately,” Lambert explained during an interview with The Guardian. “I’ve had more time than I’ve ever had, so I’ve been able to write every day. I think I’ve been more honest – to myself, even. Not being afraid to lay it all out there. As I’ve gotten older I’ve laid it out there less at times in my career but now I’m just like, ‘Here it is, here’s my story.’ You can relate because everybody goes through s–t.”

In addition to inspiring his girlfriend's new music, which was reported by Movie News Guide on Thursday, East also recently accompanied Lambert to the Academy of Country Music Awards, where she spoke of the creative process of her new album.

“I've been off the road a little bit, so I’ve been able to kind of go into the creative mode, which is good,” the singer explained to Entertainment Tonight at the event. “I’ve been in Nashville a lot, so I've really been able to write a lot with friends.”

“I'm not rushing trying to get a project done, just taking my time, enjoying it, going to see live music. Just kind of being in it,” she continued. “Just getting creative. That's what I do. That's what I love the most.”

Lambert and East began dating in late 2015, months after she split from Shelton, and ever since, they appear to be going strong. In fact, in addition to debuting their relationship on the red carpet, Lambert has been speaking of East more and more on social media.
