Giuliana Rancic Baby 2 With Bill: Wants to Expand Family with Husband, [VIDEO]

E! News Hostess Giuliana Rancic said she is ready to expand her family.

She told the Chicago Sun-Times Sunday magazine Splash that she wants to have another baby with her husband Bill Rancic. She told the publication, "We'd only be so lucky."

Seven months ago Giuliana and Bill had a son named Duke, who was born via gestational surrogate following Giuliana's struggles with infertility and then breast cancer. Giuliana said that she and Bill work hard "to make each other's lives easier" while raising Duke, according to the publication. 

"Bill doesn't even drink coffee, but every day he insists on making my coffee. And you know why? Because his dad made his mom coffee every day, and he thought that was so romantic," Giuliana said.

Viewers of the sixth season of their E! reality show Giuliana & Bill, which will premiere in June, will be seeing "a ton of baby Duke," she revealed. The couple will also co-host the new NBC dating show Ready for Love, which will debut on April 9 and feature three bachelors who are looking for partners.

Bill's love as a father and husband showed when he took Duke to a mommy-and-me class recently when Giuliana couldn't make it, according to Radar Online.
