Are they, or aren't they broke? That's what fans can't help but wonder as Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott are still living the good life even though it's been reported that they are dealing with some serious financial difficulties at home.

Fresh off their European vacation with their four children, Spelling herself has said that McDermott proposed to her for a third time during their stop in Paris while they were touring the Eiffel tower.

According to PEOPLE Magazine this past week, the proposal came as a shock for Spelling, as she had no idea that her husband would ask her to marry him a third time. The couple's marriage was hit by a huge blow when it was alleged that McDermott cheated on Spelling with a Canadian fan named Emily Goodhand back in 2003.

Yet, it looks like the couple is looking forward to a bright future, despite their personal problems.

"Dean planned it with the (restaurant) owners," Spelling said. "(He wanted) to have the terrace all reserved and private for us, and told me we were going to get coffee and hot chocolates for the kids. And then surprised me when he got down on one knee and presented me with an antique engagement ring."

Unfortunately, Spelling was also diagnosed with bronchitis during their European getaway.

One source told the publication, "Tori was really sick. When she saw a doctor there, he felt she had developed bronchial pneumonia, and insisted she was not fit to fly. Since then, Tori has been resting in a hotel room while Dean has been trying to find things to keep the kids busy."
