It looks like Gwen Stefani and Blake Shelton's very and constant public display of affection might not be working to their advantage. In fact, it might even be hurting them too as there's a new report that says Stefani's ticket sales for her upcoming joint tour is less than stellar and that's why she needs her boyfriend's help.

Apparently, things are looking so bad for Stefani that her PR team has asked Shelton to help promote her tour on his multiple social media accounts. And even though the couple has been doing a great job of showing off their relationship with maximum exposure, they might soon be getting the inevitable backlash that most celebrity couples get when the public just sees way too much of them.

According to In Touch Weekly's print edition (via Naughty Gossip) on Thursday, one source said, "Blake is doing everything he can to save her show. Blake is even going to show up at a few of her gigs and perform with her. It makes him sad that she isn't selling tickets when she has worked so hard on this tour."

The insider added, "Gwen's planning on asking him to post ticket sales information on his social media platforms in hopes that it will generate some buzz. It's a blow to Gwen, who had hoped that appearing as a coach on The Voice, and cozying up to the country singer, would help her appeal to a much younger audience."

So far Stefani's team has not responded to any of the claims.
