Jeremy Calvert is in love -- and he's not afraid to show it.

Earlier this week, in honor of Woman Crush Wednesday, the Teen Mom 2 star took to social media, where he shared a photo of his girlfriend, Brooke Wehr, and told his fans he loved her.

"My WCW love her bunches @bwehr10," Calvert wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, along with the photo above.

Calvert began his relationship with Wehr last year after divorcing Leah Messer, who he accused of having an affair. However, the couple's relationship came to an end in late 2015. Although the reason behind the split was unknown, it wasn't enough to keep them apart for good and earlier this year, Calvert and Wehr rekindled their romance.

After Calvert shared his photo on Instagram, Wehr responded.

"Babe really?? Lol its been a long day so far...clearly lmao. I love u too tho," she wrote.

"Lmao what I think its a good picture of you @bwehr10 hehe love yas," Calvert wrote back.

"Of course u do bc I don't lmao. Thats why," she then said.

In January, around the time Calvert and Wehr got back together, a source spoke to The Ashley's Reality Roundup about their relationship.

“They split for a little while but are back together right now and going strong,” The Ashley’s source reports. “Brooke is really different from Leah and Jeremy is really happy with her. They have a lot of fun together.”

“They’re in no rush to live together or anything like that,” the source said at the time. “They both have daughters, so they want to make sure that they are going to last before they move in together and get the kids involved.”

Since the report, Calvert and Wehr appeared to have revealed plans to buy a home together on Twitter, although they never confirmed the news.
