Adam Lind spoke out on Instagram after a shocking sneak peek of tonight's Teen Mom 2 was revealed.

Last week, as a preview showed him ditching his 6-year-old daughter ahead of a father-daughter dance at school, Lind took to Instagram, where he spoke of his girlfriend, Stasia Huber, his spending habits and regaining custody of Aubree.

“[Stasia] has saved my life more than once … Mentally and yup … Physically too,” Lind wrote, according to a report by The Ashley's Reality Roundup on Friday. “For all the stupid mistakes I’ve done and caused I don’t even deserve her… I’ve cheated … I’ve lied … I’ve hid things from her that should’ve been told…”

Lind has been dating Huber on an off for a couple of years, but currently, the couple is on and Huber is often seen spending time with Lind's daughters, Aubree and Paislee, when they are at his home.

“I haven’t exactly lived a normal life from the age of 16-25,” Lind continued. “I’ve been handed 100s of thousands of dollars and blown it. Could’ve been a better father and friend and man… But ya know what… It’s made me who I am today.”

Lind went on to speak of his plans to regain rights to Aubree, whose mother is Chelsea Houska, and told fans there were "big things" coming later this year.

“I don’t do much anymore but gym, work and focus on getting custody of Aubree so she can finally be with her sister and myself,” Lind explained. “Stasia has been through it all with me. She loves my children and they love her. Big things coming in the rest of 2016 …”
