When it comes to Dan Bilzerian, some things never change.

On Friday, the Instagram playboy added a new photo to his page where he sits on airplane where he has what seems to be a surprised look on his face. But based on what he wrote in the caption, this is an expression that comes from his life with women.

"This is my, 'I'm going to Vegas' post," he wrote. "So all the girls wanting to cheat on their bfs will send me naked pics and ask if I'll f-ck them."

Bilzerian is known for having a reputation that involves scoring with girls whether they're in relationships or not. And despite the cockiness, people are not impressed with what he said.

One user wrote, "If people didn't think you were a douchebag before, they certainly do now." Another added, "my wife says you have a serious #douchebeard and she wouldn't f-ck you if you were the last man on earth with no money and an inverted penis."

Another comment says, "You know it's just because you are rich right so they don't want to f-ck you money more than you."

Greg Baroth, the master behind Bilzerian's social media accounts, previously explained in a report from Observer that even though the playboy says things that are offensive, there's something about it that gives people enjoyment.

"People love controversy," Baroth said. "Controversy is something that certainly helps a campaign. Whether good or bad. It makes people have an opinion on the matter, which is better for sharing and engagement. So while it is not a must, it certainly helps. If you can't do controversy, try cats. I've sort of put myself into a niche though of this and I'm trying to get my way out."
