Johnny Depp might have dumped her for a much younger woman, but it looks like Vanessa Paradis is lending him her support at a time in which he needs it the most.

There's a new report that says the French actress is defending the father of her two children against the physical abuse allegations that Amber Heard has made.

ICYMI, Heard claims that Depp was emotionally and physically abusive towards her during their 15-month marriage. The Texas native filed for divorce this past week and only three days after Depp's mother, Betty Sue Palmer, passed away.

Paradis, who shares custody of her children Lily-Rose and Jack with Depp, says that the former Hollywood heartthrob is not the man that Heard is trying to portray him as to the media.

"Johnny Depp is the father of my two children, he is a sensitive, loving and loved person, and I believe with all my heart that these recent allegations being made are outrageous," Paradis wrote in a handwritten letter in Los Angeles and dated Friday, reportedly obtained by TMZ, which revealed the note Sunday.

She added, "In all the years I have known Johnny, he has never been physically abusive with me and this looks nothing like the man I lived with for 14 wonderful years."

According to reports, Depp and Heard did not sign a prenup before getting married, which means the actress has a good chance of walking away with $200 million dollars.
