Hollywood Exes might have come to an end on VH1, but it’s clear many of the friendships did not as some of the ladies who starred in the show offered up support for their now former co-star Mayte Garcia, after her ex-husband, iconic singer Prince died.

Drea Kelly was one of the first to speak out. She asked fans via Instagram to keep their prayers up for Garcia during her then difficult time.
She shared an affectionate photo of Prince and Garcia from their wedding day back in 1996 and added a heartfelt caption.

“It hurts my heart to post this. Please pray for my sister… the music world has lost #PRINCE. Let’s not forget he leaves behind a #princess… She was not only his DANCER she was his WIFE and the MOTHER of his child. Divorce ends a marriage NOT LOVE. Her heart is broken and she needs our prayers and support. Please uplift her and send your love and positive energy. #prayfortay I LOVE YOU SISTER FRIEND LOVE THANG. #myboobookitty 4 ever…”

Kelly bonded with Garcia on the show after they learned both of them married their exes after being background dancers for them. Kelly is the ex-wife of R&B superstar R. Kelly.

Sheree Fletcher also spoke out on Garcia’s behalf via Instagram. Fletcher, who is the first wife of actor Will Smith, wrote, “I can’t imagine the overwhelming feelings of loss that she must be feeling.” She then encouraged Garcia to let her know she will always be there for her.

Shamicka Lawrence, who is the ex of actor Martin Lawrence, also spoke out about Prince's passing.

A legend has gone home today. Missed but never forgotten. Rest in peace #Prince
