This shouldn't come to anyone's surprise, considering how plastic surgery is arguably as common in the Kardashian family as drinking, eating and sleeping for them. There's a new report that says Rob Kardashian is looking to follow in the footsteps of his mother Kris Jenner and his sisters by having a procedure done of his own.

The reclusive reality television star - who has battled with his weight struggles for the last several years now - supposedly wants a male breast reduction. According to Naughty Gossip on Wednesday, Rob has so far lost 50 pounds since his relationship with Blac Chyna (who also happens to be carrying his first child) and apparently wants to not only be a good role model for his future child, but a fit one, too.

"He is returning to reality TV and wants to look great. After losing 50 lbs he has lose skin and wants to have it removed," one source told the site on Tuesday. "He is not getting lipo surgery, he is just getting extra skin removed. He feels great and is excited to be a daddy."

So far Rob himself has not made any comments about the surgery or his personal life for that matter, as both he and Chyna are saving all the details for their upcoming reality television show. The couple has also announced that they are engaged but they haven't set a wedding date yet, not have they revealed their baby's due date either. Chyna already has one son, 3-year-old King Cairo, with her ex-baby daddy, Tyga.
