With the United States being taken over by Pokémon GO fever, there is surely no better time to be a T-Mobile customer. Jumping on the seemingly unstoppable Pokémon GO bandwagon, T-Mobile has announced that its customers who are playing the hyper-popular game would not need to worry about data usage starting next Tuesday, since the telecommunications firm is officially giving Pokémon GO unlimited data usage for the next year.

This special offer to its customers is part of the cellular provider's T-Mobile Tuesdays program, which gives customers free stuff every week. Launched a few weeks ago, T-Mobile Tuesday's promotion, such as giving its customers free Domino's pizza every Tuesday, have proven very popular among its users. Other perks of the program include free Lyft rides and even VUDU rental credits.

With its promotion targeting customer satisfaction, it is not surprising that T-Mobile has opted to embrace the Pokémon GO phenomenon. After all, even if T-Mobile does not have overages, it does throttle data to 2G speeds once a user's data allocation per month has already been used up. At least, with the promotion, T-Mobile subscribers who are playing Pokémon GO would have one less thing to worry about.

Giving Pokémon GO players free data is not all, however, as T-Mobile will also offer a number of other perks associated with the game. For one, Lyft rides up to $15 to a new Pokestop or gym would be free, as well as a free Wendy's Frosty, to help players battle the hot weather. T-Mobile is also offering $50 off accessories, such as power banks, which would be extremely useful in the game.

Lastly, T-Mobile has also announced that 250 customers would  be receiving $100 in Pokecoins. Five lucky customers would also be given the opportunity to go on a Pokémon GO hunting trip for two anywhere in the United States.

T-Mobile customers would simply need to claim the free stuff through the T-Mobile Tuesdays app.
