Jules Wainstein was recently served with divorce papers.

Following allegations of Michael Wainstein having cheated on The Real Housewives of New York City with her "good friend," a source has confirmed the reality star and mother of two has been served.

"The New York court filing shows that Jules has enlisted Bethenny Frankel's divorce lawyers, Aronson Mayefsky and Sloan, for her case, which is also listed as a 'contested' divorce," E! News reported on Tuesday. "This means that there are certain terms that the two parties cannot agree to, either about getting divorced or about issues pertaining to the separation, such as the division of assets, allocation of debts, alimony, child support, or the custody of children."

The recent divorce filing comes about one month after Jules called police to her home, claiming to have been threatened by her ex.

"Jules was the one who called the police," a source told E! News at the time.

Michael filed for divorce from Jules after she reportedly caught him cheating on her with an unnamed friend.

"They were having issues before [The Real Housewives of New York City] but I think pressure from filming clearly put a strain the marriage," an insider told the outlet. "It brought things to a head."

Michael Wainstein reportedly has a net worth of $25 million while Jules' net worth is said to be substantially lower.
