Mercedes Javid and her fiance Tommy Feight appear to be happy, but unfortunately, the Shahs of Sunset star's mother isn't on board with the relationship -- nor is she happy about Javid's future plans for children.

After filming the Bravo reality show's fourth season, Javid began dating and on Instagram, she debuted her stunning engagement ring. However, at the time, no one knew who her mystery man was. Even days later, when Javid confirmed her engagement, she failed to indentify her fiance.

"Yes, it's true. I got engaged a few months ago," Javid told E! News. "I'm ecstatic. I'm so happy. I'll wait to say who I'm engaged to. No one knows him. We've been dating for a little over a year. It was captured for the new season so everyone will be able to see it."

During Shahs of Sunset season five, Javid's fiance was introduced and shortly thereafter, her mother expressed her disapproval. Still, Javid appears to be sticking by her man and during an interview earlier this year, Javid and Feight opened up about their relationship.

"He was so hands off," Javid told The Daily Dish. "I was the one that was saying 'When are you going to ask me for my phone number? When are you gonna wanna see me in person?' And he was like 'Whenever you're ready.' And he never initiated it and that obviously worked, very well. He's got game."

"I knew right away. Just because I've always been so anti-getting married and being with someone forever; I just think it's a ridiculous thing," Feight said. "And then when I found someone and I knew right away, it was instant. You're awesome. I'll tell you how I know because even when I hate you more than anything on this Earth, I still want to be with you."
