Kendall Jenner recently moved into a new home in the Hollywood Hills and already, her arrival has been plagued by drama.

In addition to a man being arrested on the 20-year-old model and reality star's property after following her through the privacy gate, it was revealed earlier this week that her neighbors weren't very welcoming.

“Our neighbors were up in arms when you moved onto the block,” Jimmy Kimmel told Jenner during Wednesday’s episode of Jimmy Kimmel Live, according to a report by Page Six on Thursday. “Oh, there was a whole thing with emails that went on.”

Earlier this summer, Jenner purchased a $6.5 million home from actress Emily Blunt and her actor husband John Krasinski. However, while Jenner's move into the neighborhood actually resulted in one less celebrity living in the area, the neighbors weren't happy.

“The neighbors all seemed to blame me for this development,” he joked.

Meanwhile, Jenner revealed that her mother was concerned about her living in a home alone.

“When I moved in, my mom was super nervous about me moving into a home by myself, or whatever,” she explained. “And I was like, ‘You know what, no, it’s OK because Jimmy Kimmel lives right across the street. I don’t know him, but maybe if anything ever goes down, he’ll save my life.’ ”

“Yeah! I’m the captain of the neighborhood watch,” he responded. “I don’t accept any trouble. Don’t worry, I will shuffle down in my underpants and take care of whatever is going on.”
