Jenelle Evans tragically suffered a miscarriage earlier this year.

After revealing she is pregnant with her third child earlier this month, the Teen Mom 2 star opened up about losing a baby months ago.

“I had an appointment with [The Doctors’ Dr. Peter Weiss] while I was in L.A. for the [Teen Mom 2] reunion, and I said, ‘Look, my endocrinologist says I’m pregnant, now I’m bleeding, I need to know what’s up,'" Evans explained to In Touch Weekly on Saturday. “And he was like, ‘Well, we did an ultrasound, we did a urine sample and we did a blood test. Everything is coming back that you’re not pregnant.'"

"When I went home, my endocrinologist said, ‘Well, it looks like you had a miscarriage,'" she continued. "So actually instead of it being my period I [thought I] had, I guess [it was] a miscarriage the month before I even got pregnant. And that’s when everyone thought I was pregnant at first.”

Evans is currently mom to two children, Jace, 7, who she does not currently have custody of, and Kaiser, 2, whom she shares with her ex-fiance, Nathan Griffith. However, she's pregnant at least five times. In addition to the pregnancies with her sons and her current pregnancy, Evans became pregnant earlier this year with Eason's baby, as she just revealed, and was also pregnant with her ex-husband Courtland Rogers' child years ago before suffering her first miscarriage.
