Lindsay Lohan has reportedly hired Shawn Holly to be her lawyer again.

Lohan begged the famed attorney to return to her side after a Thursday hearing in regards to her plea deal, according to TMZ. She was angered that Mark Heller, who represented her at the hearing, suggested the facility Morningside Recovery to fulfill her 90-day rehab obligation.

Lohan did not believe Heller could effectively act in her best interests and allegedly complained to friends about him before she fired him on Friday.

"Lindsay cannot stand her current lawyer and thinks he doesn't know what he is doing," a source said. "So late Thursday, from hiding, she began calling emailing Shawn incessantly. Shawn has always had a soft spot for Lindsay, even after everything she has pulled. She hates to see her suffering."

Morningside was plagued by complaints in the past and had its license revoked. Lohan never entered the facility to begin treatment on Thursday, instead she was photographed at Fry's Electronics in Fountain Valley, Calif. She did not approve of Morningside and by failing to enter the center she faced arrest until a new facility was decided upon.

"Lindsay leaving the rehab center that a judge was actually allowing her to stay in was a big mistake," a source said Thursday. "Making that decision has serious consequences and if she doesn't have her attorney deal with this tonight then the City Attorney is going to go to court in the morning to get a warrant for her arrest."

Holley has already begun to work on Lohan's behalf. The attorney brokered a deal with prosecutors on Friday that allows the Georgia Rule actress to enter the Betty Ford Center.

"Lindsay cut a last minute deal with the D.A. to go to Betty Ford. Shawn Holley helped to broker the agreement with [Los Angeles] City Attorney [Terry White] late Thursday night. It's unclear if she has checked in," a source said.

Lohan fired Holley in January 2013 and the actress owes the attorney a substantial amount of money from the time they first worked together.

"Lindsay owes Shawn [Holley] over $300K in legal fees and she hasn't made any payments to her in over six months," a source said.  "Lindsay hadn't paid anything for any of the work Shawn has done on her three new criminal charges of lying to cops, in connection with her car accident in Santa Monica last summer."

Even with the debt owed, Holley has returned to be Lohan's attorney.
