Fans took notice of Justin Bieber's kind gesture during his May 2 concert in Turkey, as he paused twice in the middle of his Istanbul performance to honor Azan - the Islamic call to player that Muslims observe five times daily.

Concertgoers took to Twitter to talk about Bieber's respectful actions. One user posted "I'm not a Justin Bieber fan but as a Muslim, I got a lot of respect for him cos of what he did," after E! Online reported the news.

Wrote another, "You can hate all you want, but he earned my respect."

Bieber has been making headlines during his Believe world tour and not always for the greatest reasons. In March his tour bus was searched by police in Sweden who reportedly found a "small amount" of what appeared to be pot and a stun gun, which required a permit. No arrests were made. During his stop in Stockholm he was also reportedly spotted with his, rumored on-again, ex-girlfriend Selena Gomez.

In Norway, five schools in the western Alesund region moved their midterm exam dates so that students can attend the singer's concerts at the Telenor Arena on April 16 and 17.

While in London, Bieber got into an altercation with a photographer outside of his hotel and tried to attack the man. The photographer was upset the 19-year-old singer knocked into him and cursed at Bieber "f--k off back to America" and "f--king little moron." The entire incident was caught on video.
