Imagine, for a second, what you would do if you were stuck in the same room as your ex boyfriend. Now, imagine someone threw away the key. Oh, and you forced to stay there for four hours. If you're thinking there's no way both of you would come out of there alive, you're probably right.

However, that's exactly what exes Demi Lovato and Joe Jonas had to do yesterday. The pair got trapped in an elevator before a concert for Marriot Rewards members the same evening, forcing them to get real reacquainted with one another.

Luckily, Joe's DNCE bandmates were there to keep the pair company and things from getting TOO awkward. Unlike Kendall, Kylie, Hailey Baldwin and Jordyn Woods, who got stuck in an elevator earlier this month, Demi and Joe didn't extensively document their elevator adventure. Maybe they were trying to conserve battery life?

Either way, the pair was eventually rescued and performed at the concert. Here's hoping their next elevator adventure will be significantly less ex-filled.
