Brad Pitt and Maddox Jolie-Pitt were reportedly involved in a dispute on a plane week ago and as rumors continue to swirl in regard to what may have gone down on the plane, a report has surfaced, claiming Pitt never made contact with the 15-year-old during their disagreement.

While it has been noted that Pitt had allegedly become drunk drunk during a plane fight with Jolie and their kids, a new report has revealed that he never actually assaulted the child physically.

"Brad Pitt, 52, might be off the hook in his FBI investigation," Hollywood Life reported on Friday, revealing details from an Us Weekly publication.

The incident, according to the magazine, was allegedly caught on camera and although Pitt was “looking drunk” and “yelling” in the alleged clip, an assault isn't seen.

“Brad is seen yelling a lot during it, but nothing physical,” a source tells the magaizne of the footage from Minnesota’s International Falls Airport.

In response to the report, a friend of Pitt's spoke out in his defense.

"These claims are exaggerated and fabricated," a friend of Pitt told the Daily Mail on Friday. "It's unfortunate for the whole family that people are insisting on continuing this endless smear campaign against Brad that hurts everyone. They are a solid family with two caring parents and a normal share of verbal disagreements like major households. Hopefully people can move on and leave them all alone to work this out."
