There is a new report claiming that Brad Pitt might have tapes of Angelina Jolie that could help him in their custody battle over their six children.

As the battle for custody continues, there is new speculation that Pitt might have possession of audio tapes that may put a wrench in Jolie's plan to get full physical custody.

"We believe audio tapes exist of Angelina that would be absolutely dynamite against her if they were to be made public," a source close to the couple told The Sun recently. "Nobody wants to play dirty like that - it's not good for the children - but Angelina and her team seem absolutely hell-bent on trying to discredit Brad in order to stop him getting joint custody."

This comes amid allegations of Pitt potentially abusing their eldest son, Maddox, 15, on their private plane. The Department of Child and Family Services in Los Angeles has since determined that no charges would be pressed.

"It was a full and thorough investigation and the determination has been made that no charges should be brought," a source told People. "The likely next step is a referral to family court so that the matter of custody can be determined; there is no permanent custody agreement currently in place, only an arrangement pending the outcome of this investigation. Now, with this conclusion, custody can be determined."

The Sun source spoke further on this investigation, noting that it wasn't anything more than an argument.

"Yes, there was an argument on a plane between him and Maddox, but that's it. It's not abuse," the source said. "Brad has made it obvious that he wants to come to a mature arrangement and stop throwing dirt at each other."

Pitt also made his first red carpet appearance since the divorce announcement this week. He spoke about feeling supported, adding, "It's really sweet, everyone has been really kind out here."
