Are Brad and Angelina Jolie engaged in a “bitter battle” over a painting?

According to a new report, the estranged couple, who parted ways in September after a 12-year relationship and 2-year marriage, was said to be at odds over a “pricey painting by Winston Churchill.” However, according to another report, there is no truth to their alleged feud.

In a report by Life & Style, it was noted that the painting, titled “The Tower of Katoubia Mosque,” was a gift from Pitt -- and Jolie “wants the painting as part of the divorce settlement.”

“Brad keeps it at his home in LA. It’s part of his and Angie’s joint art collection, he’s particularly fond of it, and he is not going to let it go easily,” the publication’s alleged source explained, according to Gossip Cop on Friday.

Meanwhile, according to Gossip Cop, rumors of Pitt and Jolie having an “ugly war over a pretty painting” are false. As the outlet revealed, a source close to the situation has confirmed that there was "no fighting over the painting."

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie got married in 2014 after 10 years of dating and six children together. In addition to their three biological children, 10-year-old Shiloh and 8-year-old twins Vivienne and Knox, Pitt and Jolie are parents to Maddox, 15, who was adopted from Cambodia, Zahara, 11, from Ethiopia, and Pax, 12, from Vietnam.
