They were plagued with rumors at the end of the year that they had split, but things still appear to be going strong for Miranda Lambert and Anderson East-and it looks like the couple are planning on sticking things out through the new year.

Lambert and East have been an official couple for one year now, and it seems they rang in the festivities together for 2017, and are looking forward to making the year a good one for themselves, according to a post Lambert shared on Instagram.

"Goodbye 2016. Thanks for everything! Here's to 2017... to lessons and blessin's, music and memories, friendships and hardships. I'm ready for all. And I'm so thankful to ring in this new year with love @andersoneast," sh wrote alongside a black and white photo of her and her beau.

The update comes after reports that the pair had split and even called off alleged wedding plans because East was convinced that Lambert was still obsessed with her ex-husband, Blake Shelton, whom she divorced in 2015.

A report, which was refuted by Gossip Cop, claimed that East had left Lambert because she was never going to get over her ex and had even called him Blake one night while in bed.

"He decided to leave Miranda because he feels that she's never really gotten over Blake and je's fed up," a source claimed. "Now Miranda has been dumped again, just like she was when Blake filed for divorce. She couldn't feel more miserable and alone."
