Johnny Depp is asking his ex-wife, Amber Heard to pay for the legal fees that include the attorney's fees and other charges.

Laura Wasser, Depp's legal counsel, has filed new documents in the court in Los Angeles last Tuesday which would oblige Heard to pay exactly US$100,000 for the fees and other legal charges. But if the actress will not be able to pay the said amount within the 10 days after the court ordered this, it will be the responsibility of the court to deduct the mentioned amount for Depp's divorce settlement.

The reasons why Johnny Depp and his legal team filed the new court documents are varied. Amber Heard has caused damage to Depp's reputation as well as to his emotional well-being and his family. As per International Business Times, Heard is not interested with these things and that she behaved erratically and did not cooperate well all throughout the court proceedings.

But it can be recalled that the ex-couple has signed a memorandum before outlining how much Depp and Hear will pay and what will be their respective responsibilities.

Meanwhile, Pierce O'Donell, Heard's lawyer shared that the latest filing is another laughable motion and that this is another way of Johnny Depp and his legal team to not pay Amber Heard the money she should get.

With this, Heard and her team look forward to win the court battle. The actress promised to give the money from Depp to a charity that tends to sick children and women, as per E! News. Heard's legal team also requested the court that this order will be upheld once the actor is already in the end of his divorce settlement.

However, Johnny Depp's counsel went on sharing that Amber Heard actually violate the confidentiality agreement almost each week. This also pushed them to file the new court order.

Amber Heard filed for divorce from Johnny Depp last May of 2016 after she accused her ex-husband of verbally and physically abusing her and was finalized last August of the same year.
