Keanu Reeves has once again proven his worth in the box office with the success of "John Wick Chapter 2". He is now considering the possibility of starring in the fourth installment of the "Matrix" sequel but on one condition.

Reeves said he is open to doing the fourth "Matrix" movie provided the Wachowskis are involved. He was referring to Lana and Lilly Wachowski, formerly known as the Wachowski brothers. The transwomen siblings first directed "Bound" but were catapulted to fame on their second movie, "The Matrix", a certified box office success.

"The Wachowskis would have to be involved. They would have to write it and direct it," Reeves said. And then we'd see what the story is, but yeah, I dunno, that'd be weird, but why not? People die, stories don't, people in stories don't," he added.

The Wachowskis have also involved in the two other "Matrix" sequels with Reeves in the lead role, namely "The Matrix reloaded", and "The Matrix Revolutions". The Wachowskis also played important roles in other successful movies like "Jupiter Ascending" not-so-impressive "Speed Racer".

"The Matrix" starring Reeves has become a popular scientific-fiction classic from the time it was first released in 199not-so-impressiveerformance of the sequels, according to Movie Pilot. The latest "Matrix" movie was released 15 years ago and its fans have assumed it was the end of the franchise.

Reeves as Neo, died in the last issue of "The Matrix", if only to stop the war and pave the way for peace. The Oracle, however, gave a glimpse of hope that Neo would someday be back again.

There was a reunion of sorts in "John Wick 2" between Reeves and Laurence Fishburne, who plays Neo's mentor Morpheis in "The Matrix", according to Comicbook. The addition of another chapter in the trilogy would be a good idea for those awaiting the return of Neo.
