Fans will be once again frightened with the return of "Jeepers Creepers 3" to the big screen. The third installment of the movie franchise is now in the works as the cast is now being added. In fact, the film now has its Creeper hunter with Brandon Stacy.

"The Big Short" star will play the role of Miller, the deputy who leads a group of people to the hunt the Creeper during his non-working hours, in "Jeepers Creepers 3." In the original 2001 film, the siblings Trish (Gina Philips) and Darry (Justin Long) encountered the antagonist who ate human body parts to complete its own.

It was followed by a sequel in 2003. After 14 years, "Jeepers Creepers 3" returns with the franchise's original director Victor Salva. Gina Philips, too, is back to reprise her role as Trish to hunt the Creeper once again to protect her son, according to Hollywood Reporter.

Moreover, the role of Brandon Stacy looks perfectly fit to the new synopsis of "Jeepers Creepers 3." Trish is now a rich and powerful woman, who has a teenage son named after her brother Darry. Twenty-three years after his death, she often has a nightmare seeing her child has the same fate with the Creeper.

Trish will do everything to protect his son in "Jeepers Creepers 3." Hence, she will start a final hunt with Jack Taggart Sr. and Jr. to find and take down the Creeper. The villain, on the other hand, will fight back as long as it can especially now that they are about to learn its secrets and dark past.

Meanwhile, according to Movie Web, the official synopsis of "Jeepers Creepers 3" mentioned the name of Jack Taggart Sr., played by Ray Wise in the movie sequel. However, there are no announcements made yet if he will be part of the film, which is currently in production in Baton Rouge, La.
