Nude photos of Kristen Stewart and her girlfriend, model Stella Maxwell, hit the web earlier this week and according to a new report, they've already hired a lawyer in hopes of having the images removed.

Following a massive celebrity nude photo leak, which also included several other celebrities, Stewart and Maxwell have lawyered up, claiming that they've been illegally hacked.

"Kristen's lawyer, Scott Whitehead, fired off a letter challenging the websites that have plastered pics of Kristen and Stella, along with pics of Tiger Woods, Lindsey Vonn, Miley Cyrus, and Katharine McPhee," TMZ revealed to readers on August 22.

According to the outlet, photos of the couple in question show the Victoria's Secret model taking a nude selfie in her bathroom as her actress girlfriend poses naked behind her.

"Whitehead claims posting the pics is a flagrant violation of copyright laws ... i.e., Kristen and Stella own their images and no one can use them without permission," the outlet continued. "The letter follows a similar demand by Tiger Woods' lawyer. As we reported, the hacker got hold of nude selfies of Lindsey Vonn and in the set there was a naked pic of Tiger that he sent while he was dating her."

Stewart and Maxwell's relationship was first confirmed at the end of last year by a People magazine source.

“Kristen is dating Stella Maxwell,” a source said at the time. “They are having fun.”

“When Kristen filmed in Savannah, she spent several days together with Stella, who came to visit her,” a second source added. “She was with Kristen on the set most days and seemed to have fun.”

“Kristen also seemed very happy with Stella around,” the second source continued. “They weren’t affectionate, but definitely acted very friendly and like they had the best time hanging out. Stella seems very easy going. She is always very smiley and has a cute personality.”
