Aaron Carter Now 2017: Star Afraid He Might Have HIV, You'll Never Guess How Much He Weighs [VIDEO]

Child star Aaron Carter has opened up about his health status after he was spotted looking much different than we remember.

The singer and actor, who is the younger brother of Backstreet Boys singer Nick Carter, confirmed the fear of fans and revealed it’s possible he has an illness.

“I need help,” he said on a two-episode special of The Doctors that aired Wednesday and Thursday.

He added that his “greatest fear” is “not being able ot live.”

He confessed that he only weighs 115 lbs; and that’s when he is clothed. Keep in mind is 6 feet tall.

To say he’s lean is an understatement, and he explained he believes his small size is an indication he could be HIV-positive.

“Because I’m so skinny, I’m still so skinny. And that was the biggest one for me.”

At Aaron’s height, he should weigh between 150 and 190 lbs.

Thankfully for Carter, he tested negative for HIV in Thursday’s portion of the show.

Dr. Jorge Rodriguez conducted the test and still gave Aaron a warning despite his negative status.

“You may be negative, but your system is still so weak that it can’t fight off, you know a yeast infection…”

Aaron said the scare was enough for him to take his health more seriously and get back on track.

“It’s given me anxiety,” he said. “My heart is racing.”

Before taking the test, he added, “I felt like I was putting people at risk with my body. And that was scary and what else scared me is that I didn’t have the courage to go face the music.”

It has been rumored that Aaron’s small size is also due to drug abuse. Host Dr. Travis Stork revealed the results of the drug test Aaron did as well.

“Cocaine was negative. Meth was negative. THC, aka marijuana was positive. Benzodiazepines, Xanax for instance, was positive. It was also positive for opiates, hydrocodone. What scares me about that drug panel, is your sister [Leslie Carter] perished from an overdose and you’ve got a mixture of benzodiazepines with opiates, which is how many people accidentally can die. These medications – and I’m speaking purely from the doctor’s perspective – can be very, very scary.”

Aaron has previously agreed to check into rehab to get help.
