Ellen Degeneres and Portia de Rossi are reportedly putting the finishing touches on their upcoming vow renewal ceremony, which is set to take place next August in honor of their 10-year anniversary.

“They want to have [the renewal ceremony] in the country,” an insider revealed to Radar Online on October 17. “Ellen’s looking for a rustic property to buy for the occasion.”

Degeneres and De Rossi got married in 2008 at their home surrounded by just a small group of people. As fans may recall, the couple first began dating in 2004 after De Rossi ended her four-year relationship with director Francesca Gregorini.

According to the report, Degeneres and De Rossi have booked a weddig planner who will be orchestrating their second big day with everything from the catering to the place settings to flowers and entertainment, and their celebrity friends should be on the lookout for “save the date” cards in the near future.

“The guest list is already a mile long with all of their celebrity friends like Jennifer Aniston and Justin Theroux, Kate Hudson, Julia Roberts and many more,” the insider said.

While Degeneres and De Rossi will reportedly renew their vows next year, Radar Online claimed the ceremony may be the couple's effort to save their relationship amid reports of a possible divorce.

As the outlet previously reported, Degeneres and De Rossi were caught on camera getting into a nasty war of words outside of a Los Angeles eatery earlier this year. However, in the months since, the talk show host has reportedly been public in her affections for wife De Rossi in an effort to keep the actress happy in their marriage.

“She has been buying her elaborate gifts and recently splurged on this huge vacation to the South Pacific for just the two of them,” a source said.
