Katie Holmes and Jamie Foxx may have gone public with one another weeks ago but according to a new report, they still aren't in a committed relationship.

Following a reported four years of dating, a new report claims Holmes and Foxx are involved in an open relationship with one another, which is mainly due to Foxx's "wandering eyes."

“He’s ducked this issue for years, but finally figured it was the right thing to put Katie out of her misery and tell her where she stands," a source revealed to Radar Online on October 24. “The fact is, Jamie’s never going to be a one-woman guy and as much as he digs her, Katie’s not marriage material in his eyes.”

“He wants to keep seeing her and hanging out, but there are other women in his life he’s not prepared to give up," the source continued. “Jamie has even encouraged Katie to start seeing other guys if she wants to!”

Holmes and Foxx were first linked to one another in August 2013, just one year after Holmes split from former husband Tom Cruise, whom Foxx starred alongside in 2004's Collateral.

Last year, as rumors continued in regard to Holmes and Foxx's romance, a source claimed Holmes' divorce was keeping her from confirming the relationship publicly.

“Katie signed a clause in her quickie divorce settlement that prevents her from embarrassing Tom in various ways, like talking about him or Scientology, or publicly dating another man for five years after the divorce,” a source told Radar Online in September 2016.

“She’s allowed to date, but she cannot do so in a public fashion, and she’s not supposed to let any boyfriend near their daughter, Suri,” the insider continued. “Katie wanted out of the marriage so badly, she agreed to the terms — and got $4.8 million in child support, plus another $5 million for herself.”

Shortly before the report was shared, Holmes reportedly joined Foxx at a Barbra Streisand concert in New York and during the event, Holmes cheered for her boyfriend as he performed alongside the musician.

“They figured it wasn’t a violation of the public rule because security prevented photos. They were so discreet,” the source claimed.

“At this point, Tom doesn’t care much what Katie does,” the insider added. “But he wouldn’t mind getting his $5 million back!”
