Catelynn Lowell has returned home from rehab just under a month after sharing news of her suicidal thoughts with her fans and followers on Twitter.

Ahead of the holidays, Lowell reportedly left rehab early to get back to her family, including husband Tyler Baltierra and their 2-year-old daughter Novalee Reign. As fans may recall, the Teen Mom OG star initially checked into treatment on Nov. 17.

On Dec. 15, Radar Online shared a photo from Baltierra that featured his wife and their daughter posing together the previous day. In the caption, the reality star said that nothing makes him happier than spending time and cuddling with his family.

Although Lowell was expected to stay in treatment longer than she did, her husband said earlier this week that she decided to go home during a group therapy session. As Radar Online explained, professionals believed it would be beneficial for Lowell to stay in treatment longer but at the end of the day, it was her decision to stay or leave — and she left.

After learning that his troubled wife would be returning home early, Baltierra was slightly concerned but also said that he was supportive of her decision. According to a Radar Online source, Lowell looks and feels great after spending several weeks getting help for her mental issues.

“Cate just misses Nova and wants to be home for the holidays,“ the insider explained. “She’d ultimately feel really guilty [if she missed Christmas] and that might set her back. She feels she needs to be home for these milestones.”

The source also added that while Lowell has left the treatment center, she has plans to continue to seek help through an outpatient program in the coming weeks.

On Nov. 17, Lowell shocked fans when she admitted to having thoughts of suicide and confirmed she was entering rehab.

"Well today I thought of every way to kill myself.. so I'm going to treatment," she wrote.

A short time later, Baltierra confirmed he was in therapy.

The visit marked Lowell's second stint in rehab. As Teen Mom OG viewers saw on the show, Lowell previously addressed issues with depression.

Prior to Lowell's stint in rehab, she and her husband had reportedly considered having another baby.
