There is trouble brewing in the Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott paradise with multiple reports claiming that the couple could be headed for splitsville.

The news comes days after the reality star and the rapper welcomed their baby daughter, Stormi Webster, into the world.

Jenner Can Legally Keep Scott Away From The Baby

The new mom has every legal right to keep custody of the baby and disallow Scott from seeing their daughter, according to California Family attorney David Pisarra.

According to TMZ, Jenner and Scott do not have a custody agreement, which works in Jenner's favor. Because of the fact that there is no custody arrangement, Scott has to take a "leap of faith" and rely on the belief that Jenner is going to be nice and allow him to spend adequate time with the child.

"If there isn't any formal custody arrangement in place, this means that she is behaving on good will with the father and allow time for him to be a good dad," Pisarra said before pointing out that the 20-year-old mother can keep Scott away from Stormi as and when she pleases.

Jenner And Scott's Blowout Fight

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians star and the Butterfly Effect hitmaker had a major showdown just four days after they became parents. Although the reason behind their argument is not yet known, eyewitnesses spotted the rapper leaving Jenner's Calabasas house in a fit of rage and speeding back to his Beverly Hills residence.

"Travis left Kylie and their new baby in a raging fury, and began speeding home, illegally passing cars, driving recklessly and was very visibly mad as he drove to back to his place," a source told Hollywood Life. This comes a week after reports emerged that the couple was having arguments over baby names.

Scott Does Not Want To Be A 'Model' Dad

Jenner's rapper boyfriend may have looked like a proud father in the video she posted on YouTube chronicling her pregnancy journey, but he has no intentions to play the role of a "model" father.

According to an insider, Scott in enjoying his life at the moment, and with his career on the rise, he wants to make the most of it.

"This is the lifestyle that Travis has always wanted — performing in front of thousands of screaming fans, private jets, champagne, parties — he's really living the high life," a source told the publication.

The insider noted that even after Jenner got pregnant, he made his intentions very clear that he would not put his career on hold in order to spend time with her.
