Just a few months away from giving birth, Khloe Kardashian has made a controversial proclamation: she won't be giving her child a "K" name.

No Way, K

The mother-to-be, 33, is following in the footsteps of sisters Kim Kardashian and Kylie Jenner. The two women named their new babies Chicago West and Stormi Webster, respectively, so Khloe is feeling the pressure to come up with something equally different. The days of Katherine, Kelly, or even Khara are clearly over.

"With Chicago and now Stormi having such unique names it has got Khloe feeling that she has to compete with a clever name herself for her child. She doesn't want a K name because she wants her child to have its own identity but she also has to think of something unique that she can trademark and get on all the social media handles and all the other stuff most families don't have to worry about," a source revealed to Hollywood Life.

The youngest Kardashian sister is known for breaking the mold, both with her outlandish fashion choices and her general temperament. Khloe's witty retorts, particularly her put-downs of momager Kris Jenner, are some of the funniest moments on the family's hit reality show Keeping up with the Kardashians.

Keeping Up With The New Mothers

Along with brainstorming the coolest and trendiest name possible, Khloe has, reportedly, been monitoring Kylie's pregnancy and subsequent parenting style closely. The two got closer due to simultaneous pregnancy. Khloe is now looking to her 20-year-old sister for tips and tricks on motherhood.

Khloe revealed recently that her baby is due in late March to early April. The youngest Kardashian has been trying to get pregnant for years, following her devastating split with husband Lamar Odom. She's been with her current partner, and father to her unborn child, Tristan Thompson for just over a year.

The two announced the pregnancy in a super-hot Instagram photo that simultaneously showcased Khloe's still-visible, and hard-fought-for, abs. The good news was also a big part of a recent episode of the show.

Stormi's A-Brewing

Kylie revealed the name of her baby with partner Travis Scott on Instagram just a few days ago. Stormi's surname, Webster, is from Travis Scott's real name, Jacques Webster.

Twitter users went a little bit nuts in the aftermath.

Jenner is having the last laugh, however, as the post has since become the most popular post of all time on Instagram, racking up over 14.1 million likes as of Wednesday afternoon.

Jenner's big name reveal even eclipsed Beyoncé's infamous, and weirdly religious, pregnancy announcement from 2017.
