Chrissy Teigen is loud and proud about being a "natural woman" and asks her followers not to blast her in a topless photo on Instagram.

Teigen shared the photo to her more than 16 million followers on the photo-sharing app and already garnered more than 1 million likes. The wife of singer John Legend smiles widely as she makes a salad in her kitchen.

There is nothing unusual about that, considering the number of photos of salads that had stormed the social media. However, what is noticeable is Teigen being topless, with just two salad bowl emojis covering her breasts.

Amusingly, the 32-year-old model took to caption to share her usual self but full of antics. As what can be expected nowadays, Teigen already had it covered to make a disclaimer.

"Plz don't shame me I am a strong proud salad making woman just being natural and trying to live my life," Teigen wrote, winning the hearts of her supporters.

Haters

Of course, almost everyone has their own haters who often, or sometimes always, criticize every action. Teigen is clearly well-aware of this and took to the caption as her presumptive move.

In an interview with Huffington Post, Teigen admitted that she was actually affected by the mom-shamers who criticized everything she does for her 1-year-old daughter, Luna. One instance was when she uploaded a photo of her child in a pink dress and a matching floral shoes.

Nothing looks wrong in the photo. It seemed like just a photo shared by a proud mom. However, people already had raised their eyebrows after reading Teigen's caption.

"Jellies forever," the Sports Illustrated Swimsuit model wrote.

For this, she had received backlash, primarily because jelly shoes allegedly contained a lot of chemicals, but Teigen revealed that she already had this coming.

When she was still pregnant with Luna, Teigen already felt the harsh reality of the social media. Know-it-all and too-perfect people called out the then-preggo for eating cereals, which she claimed in her post as a nightly craving.

Rescue

However, Teigen's forever supportive husband has also been known to rush to his muse's side. At one point, Legend questioned why mothers were the only ones to receive the embarrassment.

"Funny there's no dad-shaming. When both of us go out to dinner, shame both of us so Chrissy doesn't have to take it all. We'll split it," Legend asserted.
