With just a couple of weeks to go before the big day, Khloe Kardashian is in distress. The mom-to-be's registry has been targeted by scammers.

Opportunistic Shoppers

Khloe and sister Kourtney, herself a mother of three, compiled a baby registry on Amazon so the expectant mom could get all the essentials ahead of the birth.

Fans can view the actual registry in all its sleek, super-stylish, Kardashian-appropriate glory. It's even got a seal of approval from Khloe herself right off the top.

"I have been looking forward to becoming a mom for a long time and am so excited to be getting close to my daughter's birth. With help from Kourtney and Amazon's Baby Registry, I was able to pick baby products perfect for my lifestyle," gushes the mother-to-be.

That hasn't stopped eager scammers from taking advantage of the situation to create their own registries in her name, however. As of Wednesday, no less than three registries had already popped up, created by users posing as the reality star and denim designer.

One particular example even listed Kardashian's partner and baby daddy, NBA star Tristan Thompson, as though doing so would give it more authenticity. Amazon is currently going through such accounts to check if everything is kosher and, if not, they'll be swiftly removed.

"Khloe & Kourtney Kardashian's Baby Essentials" features everything a new mother might need, from Bambo Nature diapers, to blankets, and a bottle warmer. Items for Khloe herself include a Queen Rose body pillow and Mustela stretch mark cream. Prices range from around $10 to a massive $800, for a super-fashionable baby stroller.

Funnily enough, there doesn't seem to be too much overlap between the real registry and the fake ones. Most of the imposters are just asking for normal baby stuff, aside from one cheeky user who requested a $200 battery-operated toy car for a toddler.

A Stressful Time

Hopefully the influx of false registries won't impact Khloe's already delicate state. The expectant mother was rushed to hospital earlier this week, due to difficulties with her pregnancy.

"Word is, she suffered some pregnancy complications and had to be rushed to [hospital]. Everyone was worried she'd need an emergency C-section," an insider advised.

Khloe recently took an overseas trip to Japan with her sisters, while already eight months along, which might have had something to do with the upset. Although she had full clearance from her doctor, the mom-to-be is still concerned it might have upset her body chemistry in some way.

The youngest Kardashian sister plans to give birth in Cleveland, where Thompson is based. On the season finale of Keeping up with the Kardashians, her extended family pledged to be by her side for the big moment.

The expectant parents held a lavish baby shower last weekend to celebrate the baby's impending arrival. Much like half sister Kylie Jenner's big soirée, it was pink-themed and super-girly.

Khloe's daughter, due in April, will be the third Kardashian-Jenner baby, and Kardashian-Jenner girl, born this year. Kim gave birth by surrogate to Chicago in January, and Kylie delivered Stormi Webster in February.
