Reality star LuAnn De Lesseps recently filmed a guest spot on USA Network's Royal Pains in midst of also filming scenes for season 6 of The Real Housewives of New York City, a source told Radar Online.

An insider close to production for the Bravo reality series said the countess "is currently filming" scenes for Housewives, though the network has yet to officially announce her return to the show. De Lesseps' storyline will take place in multiple locations in the upcoming seasons, with her as of now enjoying the summer while filming in both the Hamptons and New York City. The source added, "She is spending time with her kids, Noel and Victoria, who is home from her first year of college."

E! News earlier in June also confirmed De Lesseps' return to the reality series.

On June 24, De Lesseps took time off from filming Housewives to visit the set of Royal Pains and shoot a guest appearance for the show. She went to a set in Long Island and despite the "sweltering" heat, "LuAnn was calm, cool and collected for her scenes," according to the source.

The guest spot was De Lesseps' second on Royal Pains; she played herself in a 2010 episode of the show. It has not been confirmed when the recently filmed appearance will air on USA Network. She also had a guest starring role on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit in 2011.

De Lesseps was the last cast member to sign on for season 6 of Housewives reportedly because of a salary dispute. She at first refused to sign a deal that would keep her on the reality series due to her request for more pay. She signed on in late May and joins already confirmed cast members Aviva Drescher, Sonja Morgan, Ramona Singer, Carole Radziwill and Heather Thomson.

De Lesseps and Singer are the only original cast members remaining on The Real Housewives of New York City. The show first aired in 2008.
