Jennifer Lopez and Alex Rodriguez are taking the next step in their relationship by purchasing a love nest together. The couple reportedly spent a pretty penny on a New York City apartment on 432 Park Avenue which happens to be one of the tallest residential buildings in the city.

The couple apparently spent $15. 3 million on their new home, which has 3 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and is 4,000 square feet. 

"They brought in Newport Construction to do improvements on the apartment," a source close to the deal stated. 

Lopez put her penthouse home on E. 27th Street on the market in October 2017, an indication to fans that things may be getting serious between the love birds. 

J.Lo And A.Rod's Romance 

The singer and former baseball player went public with their romance in February 2017. Prior to this, Lopez ended her four-year relationship with back-up dancer Casper Smart.

Meanwhile, Rodriguez had been linked to several women including Cameron Diaz, Kate Hudson, Bethenny Frankel, and Madonna. The former Yankee player was married to Cynthia Scurtis from 2002 to 2008. The former couple divorced following Scurtis accusing Rodriguez of cheating on her with multiple women. Rodriguez and Scurtis have two daughters together, Natasha and Ella. 

Lopez was married before to waiter Ojani Noa and then to Spanish singer Marc Anthony. Lopez and Anthony had two children together, twins Max and Emme. 

Now that Lopez and Rodriguez have purchased a home together, there could be wedding bells in the near future.

"J.Lo and A-Rod are on the same page and want the same things. They've discussed marriage and what their long-term plan is," a source had told Entertainment Tonight 

The Shades of Blue actress had stated in the past that she's a "sucker" for love and wouldn't mind walking down the aisle one more time. However, the singer stated that she isn't forcing the former athlete to propose either.
